Knowing the material makeup of Direct Inspection systems/building codes/installation guidelines allows us to fulfill another industry niche for general contractors. Our team can provide quality audits for the installation of Direct Inspection systems. We can provide detailed reports on newly installed roofs making sure that the correct materials have been used where necessary, making sure that materials are securely fastened to the Direct Inspection system, and/or documenting that any other specified guidelines set forth by the general contractor have been followed.
Emergency Tarp Services
Another type of service we offer is tarp manipulations (detach & reset) or installation. If a tarp needs to be detached/reset in order to determine damages during an inspection, our techs are trained and equipped to handle the situation. If damage is found during an inspection and a tarp installation is needed, we can also help with that. Our techs are capable of installing tarps over damaged areas (in order to prevent further damage from water) without causing excessive damage to surrounding areas or other slopes, at the discretion of the acting adjuster.
